Michael Dunn Found Guilty of First-Degree Murder

Posted By cbadmin || 1-Oct-2014

October 1, 2014—Michael Dunn has been found guilty of first-degree murder by a Jacksonville, Florida jury. The decision was returned the same day the jury was tasked with weighing the testimony of over 30 witnesses brought forth by the prosecution and defense. Dunn contended that he was in fear for his life when he fired 10 shots into the SUV that 17 year-old victim Jordan Davis was seated in at a Gate gas station in November of 2012. Dunn is already serving a 60-year sentence for the attempted murder of 3 other teens present in the SUV. This concluded a second trial for the murder of Jordan Davis after a hung jury in February of this year.
